PRESENTATION FORMAT FOR ORAL COMPETITION

The presentation shall be an oral summary of the written paper submitted and reviewed in the first stage of the competition. Every student/group will be given up to 20 minutes for presentation and another 10 minutes for “Q & A” from the panel of judges and audience.

The use of illustrative materials or visual aids such as slides, charts, graphs and models etc is definitely encouraged. Arrangements for projection equipment and aids shall be made with the organiser prior to the competition. Participants are advised that they are to seek permissions from the respective owners of copyrighted materials used for their work and presentation.
