JUDGING PANEL

There will be a panel of judges, comprising of at least three members, appointed by the Executive Council of the Joint Branch of RINA & IMarEST (SINGAPORE) for the Review of Papers and the Oral Competition. Each panel will be formed by prominent marine and offshore technology professionals who have contributed significantly to the development and growth of the marine industry whether locally or internationally.

The decisions of the judges will be final. All participants must agree to be bound by them and they will not be subject to any appeal. Neither the judges nor the organiser are obliged to give any reasons for their judgements, or enter into any correspondence with the participants, or any of their institution representatives.
